RESIDENTIAL CONVERSION OF THE PITTSFIELD BUILDING

We’re excited to share that we’ll be part of the team behind a new adaptive re-use project for the Pittsfield Building! Located at 55 East Washington, the landmarked structure will be transformed, adding 214 new apartments, including affordable, to the 228 existing apartments already in the tower. New resident amenities and private event spaces will be programmed for the areas surrounding the building's signature central atrium, which will be restored to reflect its original vintage glamor. The building's white terra cotta exterior and copper clad roof will be repaired, and a new outdoor space is planned for the 23rd floor, providing residents with a spectacular view of the lakefront and Loop skyline.
