SEBASTIAN ANDREICA-GHIRAN

Sebastian Andreica-Ghiran is a licensed architect in Illinois and a LEED Accredited Professional (BD+C) with nearly twenty years of diverse experience in architecture. He holds a Master of Architecture from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a combined Bachelor and Master of Architecture from the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca, Romania.
Before joining PH, Sebastian worked at several prestigious firms, including Solomon Cordwell Buenz (SCB) in Chicago, where he contributed to notable projects such as the Chicago Union Station redevelopment, Tribune Tower conversion, and the LEED Platinum headquarters for ComEd. His expertise spans all phases of project development, from conceptual design to construction documentation and administration.
As a Senior Project Architect at PH, Sebastian has been involved in various projects, bringing his wealth of experience to every stage of design and project delivery.
