Ovi is a versatile architect with a deep expertise in residential and mixed-use developments. His career spans architectural design, construction, and hands-on project execution, giving him a unique perspective on the built environment. From high-rise residential towers to adaptive reuse projects—and even building in remote, underserved communities—his work reflects a commitment to both innovation and impact. With a strong foundation in 3D visualization and BIM modeling, Ovi continues to drive excellence in every project.
Since joining PH, Ovi has been involved in a diversity of residential and mixed-use projects in Chicago, including: NEXT Apartments; a 28-story, 310-unit residential tower, 465 N. Park; a 48-story, 444-unit residential tower, Kenect Apartments; a 14-story and 4-story residential mixed-use complex with 227 dwelling units and 14,000 sq. ft. of retail, Alta Roosevelt; a 33-story, 496-unit, residential tower, Arc at Old Colony; a 17-story, 137 units residential tower, 1400 Museum Park; a 34-story, 260-unit residential tower, Walton on the Park; a 31-story, 189-unit residential tower, Alta Grand Central; a 14-story, 346-unit, residential tower, Oak & Larrabee; a 7-story, 78 units mixed-income development, Infinite Chicago; 17-story and 19-story buildings with 56 and 68 units, One East Delaware; a renovation of a luxury high-rise condominium building, Platform 4611; a 9-story mixed-use building, Norweta Row; 3 and 4 bedroom condominiums and apartment residences, The808; a 22-story, 200 units mixed-use residential tower, 424 South Wabash; a 23-story, 340 unit hotel in the Chicago Loop and Buckhead Atlanta; a mixed-use walkable outdoor environment with retail space, premium office spaces and more than a dozen restaurants.
