Since joining PH in 1997, Heather’s astute design and technical aptitude has earned her a key role on such major projects in Chicago as: Museum Park at Central Station, a multi-phase development that includes nearly 3,000 residential units encompassed within high-rise and townhouse components; 465 N. Park, a stylistically modern, 48-story residential tower between Navy Pier and the iconic Tribune Tower; Platform 4611, a 9 story elegant apartment building in the Uptown area; and 3145 N. Karlov Townhomes, 22 modern townhouses with private yards and detached garages in the Avondale area.

Project involvement outside Chicago includes: The Gabriel, a luxurious condo community located just northwest of San Antonio, Texas with its own 4 acre park; and The Ferguson, a two phase condo development with upscale amenities in Taylor, Texas, just north of Austin.
