DONALD L. MOUCH
NCARB, Associate II
Since joining Pappageorge Haymes Partners (PH) in 2014, Donald has been involved with some of the firm’s most visible work, including: Congress Lofts, a 150-unit residential project in Austin, Texas; Buckhead Atlanta, a six-block, luxury mixed-use development in Georgia; Iowa River Landing, an expansive residential, retail and entertainment district in Coralville, Iowa; and River Oaks District, a 15-acre mixed-use destination in Houston’s Uptown Galleria neighborhood. His portfolio as an Associate at PH has grown to include work in both the residential and commercial sectors, with specialization in single-family and multi-family residential, planned development, retail, office, and financial. This array of projects has also included work related to Historic Tax Credits, Low-Income Tax Credits, Green Communities, HUD Funding, and LEED certification.
Donald's work experience prior to Pappageorge Haymes includes employment at firms in Cincinnati, Chicago, and New York City. He also served as editor for the published textbook Environment Issues for Architecture.
Along with his wife, two kids, and puppy, Donald enjoys virtually anything outdoors. Donald is a fervid runner and triathlete, having completed an Ironman triathlon, and over 15 marathons and half-Ironman triathlons. He is avidly involved in his West Town neighborhood, as well as various NCARB and AIA events and lectures, having served as a panelist on multiple occasions.
