David is a licensed architect with experience in project management and a strong technical background. David's professional career began working exclusively on affordable housing projects. Since joining PH as a Project Architect in 2022, David has had an active role managing several key projects, developing drawings and managing BIM models throughout all project phases. Being a natural leader, he works closely alongside the Managing Partner to deliver projects with a collaborative approach, focusing on innovation, efficiency, and a commitment to exceed client expectations.
