CESAR CHAVEZ

Senior Associate

Cesar graduated with a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Guadalajara in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico in 1996. Upon relocation to Chicago, Illinois, his career began at Primera Engineers, Ltd., where he worked on a variety of educational and institutional projects, for such clients as the Museum of Science and Industry, Chicago Public Schools (CPS), Metra, and Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT).

Since joining the staff at Pappageorge Haymes Partners (PH) in 2004, Cesar has been involved in all different design phases for low, mid and high-rise residential use buildings and has ample experience in construction documentation and construction administration, including complex consultant/contractor coordination. He has worked on a diverse portfolio of high-rise residential and commercial projects.
