KENNETH DEMUTH, AIA, CELEBRATES 40 YEARS AT PH
Ken DeMuth is celebrating an impressive four decades with PH, having joined the firm in 1984 as its 7th employee. This pivotal position earned him the affectionate nickname “007” among his colleagues. Ken’s architectural passion centers on adaptive reuse and historic renovation, particularly focusing on transforming downtown office buildings into residential and mixed-use functions.
TWO PH PROJECTS RECOGNIZED AT THE 2024 RE JOURNAL REAL ESTATE AWARDS
We’re pleased to share that two PH projects have been recognized at the 2024 Illinois RE Journals Real Estate Awards! Onni Fulton Market was awarded in the “Multifamily – Fulton Market/West Loop” category and Peabody School Apartments received recognition in the Redevelopment / Reuse / Historic – Multifamily” category.
PEDRO ALBIZU CAMPOS APARTMENTS CELEBRATE PROJECT COMPLETION WITH RIBBON CUTTING CEREMONY
The project reimagines a vacant corner lot at California Ave and Division Street into a 9-story apartment building providing 64 affordable units for families and residents of Humboldt Park. On May 17th, City and Congressional dignitaries and community leaders attended the ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate the grand opening of the building.
