Fifth and Pine in Michigan City is officially underway!

In partnership with DAC Development, our team has been selected to redevelop a three-block site that includes the former Memorial Hospital at the corner of 5th Street and Pine Street extending over to Michigan Boulevard.

The 8-story project will feature more than 500 apartments, retail, amenities, an outdoor pool and a grocery store. We’re excited to see this project come to life and transform the area, providing housing and retail options to the community!
