100 North Broadway project update

Construction of 100 North Broadway, a PH project in Aurora, Illinois, has officially begun! Located between the commercial area of North Broadway and the Fox River’s natural landscapes, the site allows for a street edge along the main avenue to downtown Aurora, while transitioning to nature. The 5-story building features modern architecture with brick materials that connect to the site’s industrial past. Elevated on exposed columns and set back from the street, the development creates an inviting, pedestrian-friendly entryway. We’re excited to see it take shape as a new addition to the city!
