RENDERING REVEAL AND DEMO PERMIT FOR 424 SOUTH WABASH

This week, a demolition permit was issued to clear the site in preparation for construction. Once complete, the hotel will stand 252 feet tall, with a restaurant on the first floor and a dedicated amenity floor on the third level. Its prime location ensures easy access to the city’s top attractions, business districts, and cultural landmarks, promising a redefined guest experience in Chicago.
