RENDERING REVEAL FOR 1630, 1700 AND 1730 SOUTH WABASH

We're thrilled to announce that the renderings for 1630, 1700, and 1730 S. Wabash are now unveiled! 🎉 These three dynamic buildings will rise on the west side of Wabash Avenue on the intersection with E. 18th Street, all designed by our talented team at PH.

1630 and 1730 S. Wabash will each feature 12 stories, with ground-floor commercial spaces, while 1700 S. Wabash will stand at nine stories with 37 apartments, creating a more private atmosphere for residents. CMK Companies, the developer for this project, has previously worked with PH on two other apartment buildings in the area: 1400 S. Wabash and Coeval Apartments.
