The central portion of a 66 unit mixed housing development, the project addresses the unique corner and street conditions of a triangular site. The various sized configured units achieve diversity and harmony thru elegantly detailed bays projecting from a background of brick and limestone that gently wraps the corners. Also included in the project is the realignment of the 1700 block of north Fremont St. along with the widening of the parkways to provide a landscaped pedestrian car course between the single-family houses and the townhouses.
