The project involved the construction of a new, 17,000 s.f. retail center anchored by a 12,000 s.f national bookseller. The façade of this neo-traditional building incorporates an elaborately detailed cornice and colonnade that is articulated in both height and projection to differentiate each of the proposed tenant spaces. Enhancing the site, landscaping successfully integrates building with surrounding neighborhood.
